Chapter 8: You Know Best... Choose Your Own Adventure
Let Kate create a custom course designed to support a critical question/issue for your nonprofit board
Chapter 8 invites you to choose your own adventure! Kate will create a custom course designed to support a critical question or issue facing your nonprofit board.
As board members, you have a unique perspective on the issues and questions facing your nonprofit organization. Through this offering Kate will customize resources and references to guide the key conversation you outline. Your custom course will include a short video to spark discussion, a reference workbook and worksheets to guide board development for your organization toward your mission.
The Nonprofit Board Governance Guidebook connects the dots between best practice and practical reality for your nonprofit board.
Registration for the course includes a complimentary coaching session. This course is designed for use by your entire organization - board, staff, and committees. Materials for each course are licensed for use to the entire organization. (If you serve on multiple boards, please note you are required to purchase the course separately for use at each organization.)
**Please note pricing may be adjusted depending on the complexity of materials requested.**
